Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific issues and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, ensuring that therapy sessions are both effective and engaging.
• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies for holistic and integrated service delivery.
• Deliver crisis intervention strategies during acute mental health crises, providing immediate support while employing your clinical acumen and empathy.
• Lead community outreach and engagement initiatives, aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a remote licensed mental health therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in various therapeutic modalities to support clients facing a wide range of mental health conditions, from anxiety disorders to severe depression and family dynamics.

Qualifications

• Possess an independent and active license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to form meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Possess strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience working as a mental health therapist. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is highly advantageous, as you'll be expected to document and manage client information digitally.

Compensation and Benefits
