Service Representative – Licensed in Life & Health

Location: Work From Home

SISCO is seeking remote candidates who are licensed in Life and Health. We pride ourselves on putting the customer first and finding ways to improve our business. Our Service Center is open Monday –Thursday 7 am to 7 pm and Friday 7 am to 5 pm.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans
  • Process Medical/Dental Claims
  • Ability to learn/retain large amounts of technical information
  • Navigate multiple record keeping systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed in Life and Health is required.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
  • Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions

Experience

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Medical or call center experience is a plus
