Overview:

Blue Yonder Defense Solutions is seeking a Sr. Director of Services & Sales to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Professional Services and has a deep understanding of the supply chain software or technology industries. The Sr. Director of Services & Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive professional services revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing services sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

The base salary range for this position is $168,876 to $219,124 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
