As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Supervisor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Providing weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students currently in their Master's programs or seeking licensure, ensuring they understand best practices and ethical standards.
• Delivering evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and organizations to create comprehensive treatment plans that facilitate client's recovery journeys.
• Managing the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans, considering each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation and clinical records to comply with organizational standards and facilitate quality patient care.
• Staying informed about the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in therapy and mental health treatment to continually improve your expertise.

Your work will primarily focus on providing mental health services to clients from diverse backgrounds. We cater to individuals, couples, and families struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more. By employing a person-centered approach, you will help clients navigate their unique challenges and empower them towards positive, healthy changes in their lives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health therapist.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and protect your practice.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly regarded:

• Experience in supervising or training practicum students or interns.
• A background in community health or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with current therapeutic modalities and interventions.
