Work Environment

This position offers a completely remote work setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. With structured schedules from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapists can manage their time effectively while focusing on client care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of diverse client populations.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic interventions align with each client’s treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health record systems to comply with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and recommend resources that could benefit clients.
  • Engage with clients through telehealth platforms, creating a supportive and safe environment for open dialogue.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • An active California state license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) enabling you to provide clinical services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
