We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Janitorial Lead to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse janitorial team. This position supports management by helping to maintain efficiency across all areas, coordinating workflow, and providing guidance to team members. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a strong, productive team by focusing on individual performance, promoting teamwork, and ensuring tasks are completed to high standards.


AM LEAD | Monday -Friday | 6AM-2:30PM | $19.50/HR


MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN

Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor in efficient warehouse operations to fulfill customer needs
  • Assist in the training of new hires, as needed.
  • When possible, assist in de-escalating incidents within the warehouse.
  • Multi-tasking to complete assigned area in warehouse while monitoring activities of employees.
  • Ensure uninterrupted production flow in assigned work areas
  • Consult with management to clarify department priorities, identify issues, and suggest changes as needed
  • Inspects and evaluates areas within the cooler, freezer and dry area of the warehouse
  • Ensures the proper chemicals for sanitizing specific areas
  • Participate in routine sanitation and workplace safety
