You will be providing services through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that ensures confidentiality and security for all client interactions. Our advanced cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) system simplifies the documentation process and ensures that billing is seamless with insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Deliver comprehensive counseling services to a diverse clientele through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize cloud-based EHR for meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring all records comply with regulations.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, formulate treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Implement treatment programs for clients dealing with various mental health concerns, trauma, or dual diagnosis.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary to maintain client safety and well-being.
• Manage your schedule flexibly, potentially including evenings and weekends, to meet clients’ needs while ensuring your availability for self-care.

Your client base will encompass a wide spectrum of individuals actively seeking support for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, providing compassionate care tailored to their unique situations.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and a reliable home office setup including a laptop/desktop with high-speed internet and a webcam.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with peers and supervisors.
• Pursuant to company policy, a background check will be conducted.

• Experience in group counseling or therapy facilitation.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others.
• Experience working with diverse populations or specializing in multicultural counseling.
