Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive counseling services to a diverse clientele through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Utilize cloud-based EHR for meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring all records comply with regulations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, formulate treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Implement treatment programs for clients dealing with various mental health concerns, trauma, or dual diagnosis.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary to maintain client safety and well-being.
  • Manage your schedule flexibly, potentially including evenings and weekends, to meet clientsโ€™ needs while ensuring your availability for self-care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will encompass a wide spectrum of individuals actively seeking support for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth technology and a reliable home office setup including a laptop/desktop with high-speed internet and a webcam.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with peers and supervisors.
  • Pursuant to company policy, a background check will be conducted.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in group counseling or therapy facilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
