This position is primarily remote, utilizing a telehealth platform that allows therapists to conduct sessions via secure video conferencing. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing evidence-based tools to evaluate patients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants dealing with similar mental health issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and coping strategies during mental health emergencies.
• Guide patients in understanding their mental health conditions, discussing treatment alternatives, and providing information on available community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations and administrative team meetings to enhance treatment processes and outcomes.
• Stay informed about current research, trends, and developments in mental health therapy to continuously enhance skillsets.

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals struggling with chronic mental health disorders, children, and adolescents facing life challenges, and families in need of therapeutic support. Our patient population reflects a variety of backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care and individualized treatment approaches.

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of common mental health disorders and a repertoire of evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out thorough mental health evaluations and formulate effective, individualized treatment strategies.
• Experience in providing therapy to a broad demographic, including individual and group settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and exhibit sound judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and digital communication tools.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Previous telehealth experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with group therapy facilitation techniques and community outreach initiatives is a plus.
• Experience in working with specialized populations, such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or substance abuse patients.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
