Description

One of Essel\'s clients is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

In this role, you\'ll be focused on managing restoration projects end-to-end—overseeing crews and subcontractors, tracking labor budgets and schedules, preparing estimates, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage labor budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate crews and subcontractors
  • Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
  • Communicate progress and technical details to clients

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Xactimate experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Being able to work remotely out of San Jose, CA and travel to client sites and meetings.
