• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ mental health, identifying conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD that may impede their academic and social success.
• Develop detailed, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the individual needs of each student, incorporating feedback from students, families, and educational staff.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to students utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care techniques.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals to align strategies and interventions, ensuring a cohesive approach to student support.
• Monitor and document students’ progress and outcomes meticulously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to respond to changing needs and feedback.
• Educate students and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in the healing process.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations in all professional interactions.

The primary focus will be on children and adolescents within educational settings. This population often faces unique emotional and behavioral challenges that can affect their learning and social interactions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, preferably in educational settings.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport-building with students and colleagues.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
