Job description

The University of Tennessee at Martin is seeking a talented and collaborative Enterprise Applications Administrator (IT Administrator/Analyst II) to join the Office of Information Technology Services.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the technology that powers the University's daily operations. Working within the Application Development & Operations team, you'll administer enterprise applications, develop system integrations, support the Banner Student Information System, and help deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance the experience of students, faculty, and staff.

Minimum Qualifications
ย ย ย ย Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
ย ย ย ย Two years of relevant professional experience supporting enterprise applications or comparable enterprise technology environments.

As an Enterprise Applications Administrator, you will:
ย ย ย ย Administer, configure, and support the Banner Student Information System (SIS) and related enterprise applications.
ย ย ย ย Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Banner and other campus systems using APIs, web services, and modern integration technologies.
ย ย ย ย Administer and support the University's student portal, intranet, and related web applications.
ย ย ย ย Configure and maintain authentication services and enterprise application environments.
ย ย ย ย Analyze and resolve application, integration, and data issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
ย ย ย ย Collaborate with campus departments to understand business needs and develop technical solutions.
ย ย ย ย Work with software vendors to implement upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
ย ย ย ย Provide technical documentation, end-user support, and training.
ย ย ย ย Participate in enterprise application projects from planning through implementation.
