As a remote mental health therapist, you will work from the comfort of your own home, engaging with clients through our telehealth system. Our technology-enabled facility ensures that you have the necessary tools to conduct assessments, hold therapy sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You will be part of a supportive virtual community, participating in regular team meetings and consultations to share insights and improve patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to identify clients' trauma histories and develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Create individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and building resilience in clients through ongoing monitoring and adjustments.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy formats.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that allow clients to process their trauma, develop coping strategies, and promote their healing journeys.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing appropriate therapeutic frameworks.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, helping them navigate available resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Participate in regular case consultations, professional development workshops, and training focused on trauma-informed care techniques.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and therapeutic advancements in the field of trauma recovery to enhance your practice.

You will primarily work with adults who have experienced significant trauma, including but not limited to survivors of abuse, combat veterans, disaster survivors, and individuals coping with complex grief. Our client-centered approach emphasizes understanding and validating each individual's experience, allowing for tailored trauma interventions that resonate with their unique stories. As a therapist in our organization, you will have the privilege of witnessing profound transformations as clients navigate their healing journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience working in trauma-focused therapy settings.
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective, trauma-informed treatment methodologies.
• Proven experience applying trauma-focused interventions, demonstrating competence in methodologies like EMDR and TF-CBT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate, empathetic approach to service delivery.

• Experience in delivering therapy through telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote counseling technologies.
• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• History of staying current with continuing education and professional development related to trauma therapy.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
