What You'll Love To Do:

  • Process and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Set up systems access for new contractors and employees
  • Manage state tax, unemployment, and business registration across multiple states
  • Sort, review, and route incoming virtual mail and communications
  • Perform light data entry and data organization tasks across systems
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete tasks with consistency and precision
  • Create and update SOPs as needed to ensure alignment with task flow
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and updates clearly and proactively
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed

What You Bring:
