As a senior data governance steward on Customer Relationship Management's (CRM) Direct Acquisition Experience team, you'll coordinate the accuracy, accessibility, and protection of data across the Direct Quoting Rental and Umbrella platforms. In this role, you'll support customer-facing initiatives and promote the value of data as a strategic enterprise asset.You'll also support data quality by defining, testing, and approving analytic logging associated with Acquisition.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training
Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills
  • Comfortable using SQL at a foundational level to analyze data, assist with validation efforts, and collaborate with technical subject matter experts on data inquiries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and tools.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, risk, compliance, or information protection practices.
  • Experience supporting large-scale projects involving data transformations, system implementations, or process improvements.

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
