What is a remote STD clinic?

A remote STD clinic is a healthcare service that allows individuals to access testing, consultation, and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) through online platforms, phone calls, or mail-in test kits. These clinics make sexual health services more accessible, especially for those who may face barriers to visiting a physical clinic. Patients can often order at-home test kits, receive confidential results, and consult with healthcare professionals virtually. Remote STD clinics aim to provide privacy, convenience, and timely care for individuals seeking STD testing and treatment.
