This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional and supportive work-life balance. You will be part of an outpatient office setting, collaborating with a passionate team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing compassionate care. • Conduct comprehensive individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing your expertise to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Assess and evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health, actively listening and responding to their individual experiences.
• Provide crisis intervention services when required, equipping clients with coping strategies to navigate challenging situations effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting therapy progress and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay informed about licensure requirements, continuing education opportunities, and emerging therapeutic techniques to enhance your clinical practice.

As an LMFT at Spring Edge, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, each grappling with unique challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Your role will be pivotal in fostering healthy communication patterns and supporting clients in developing effective coping skills, particularly for those facing substance use concerns and related emotional difficulties.

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with clients and promote a therapeutic alliance.
• A willingness and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, showcasing sensitivity and respect for diverse cultural perspectives.
• Proficiency in providing individual, couple, and family therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Previous experience delivering therapy in an outpatient setting or a similar environment.
• Familiarity with addiction counseling and interventions.
• Experience in using telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate therapy sessions effectively.
