We are a dynamic and growing company with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and performance research. About the role Remote position.

Position: Remote Sports Data Analyst / Performance Research Assistant. Responsibilities Collect and organize data from various sources, including game footage, training sessions, and performance tracking tools Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to coaches and agents Collaborate with coaches and agents to develop performance strategies based on data analysis Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform decision making Assist with creating and maintaining databases and data management systems Stay up-to-date with advancements in sports technology and data analysis techniques Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, sports science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sports setting Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or R Familiarity with performance tracking tools and software Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for sports and understanding of performance metrics and training techniques Compensation and Schedule This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
