• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, focusing on effective techniques to support mental health recovery.
• Utilize various clinical documentation tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, sharing insights, and making referrals as necessary.
• Actively participate in supervision, continuing education, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Joy Filled Life, LLC, you will provide care to a diverse population facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will particularly benefit individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathy and culturally sensitive approach will ensure that clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active California mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and behavioral health management software.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and remote counseling tools.
• A background in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with clinical best practices and ethical guidelines in mental health care.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
