Job description

Client Acquisition Partner
Remote | United States & Latin America | Independent Contractor (1099)
Role Overview
In this commission-only role, the Client Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying and closing new business on behalf of ClearTrust Cyber, a cybersecurity company serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout the United States and Latin America.
This role focuses on direct outreach, relationship development, and closing new business opportunities. Client Acquisition Partners operate with a high degree of autonomy while building relationships, generating opportunities, and advancing prospects through the sales process. Compensation is entirely performance-based and tied directly to the revenue they generate.
This role is well-suited to entrepreneurial professionals who prefer autonomy over structure, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential tied directly to their results.
About ClearTrust Cyber
ClearTrust Cyber provides small and mid-sized businesses with practical cybersecurity services designed to reduce risk without enterprise complexity or enterprise pricing.
Our core offerings include managed vulnerability management services and fully managed security awareness training programs. We help organizations gain visibility into security risks, improve employee security awareness, and strengthen their overall cybersecurity posture through recurring, business-friendly services.
Our clients range from growing businesses with no dedicated security staff to organizations with internal IT teams that want additional visibility, specialized expertise, and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
• Identify and directly contact prospective business clients throughout the United States and Latin America.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, office managers, IT leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process to a successful close.
• Educate prospects on ClearTrust Cyber's services and value proposition.
• Manage your own pipeline, follow-up activity, and prospecting efforts independently.
• Represent ClearTrust Cyber professionally in all client interactions.
Compensation
This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) arrangement.
• 40% commission on the initial sale of each new client account.
• 10% recurring commission on retained accounts for as long as the client remains active.
Commission is calculated on published subscription pricing. Current services, pricing, and business model are available on our website. Candidates are encouraged to review them prior to applying.
There is no cap on accounts or earnings.
Qualifications
• Proven track record of direct outreach, business development, or closing in a B2B environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Comfortable operating in a commission-only environment.
• Existing network in professional services, financial services, legal, insurance, technology, consulting, or related industries is a plus.
• English required. Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is helpful but not required. Product training will be provided.
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach to business development.
Examples of Strong Candidate Backgrounds
Professionals who often succeed in this role include:
• B2B sales professionals
• Insurance agents and brokers
• Business consultants
• Account managers

• Accountants and financial professionals with strong business networks
• Entrepreneurs and business owners with established professional relationships
What This Is Not
This is not a salaried position.
There is no base pay, draw, hourly compensation, or expense reimbursement.
This role is designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to generate business and want their compensation to reflect that directly.
