Base pay range $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr Job Overview – Remote Spanish Behavioral Health Therapist (Part Time): Compensation: $32 – $35/hour Schedule: Part-Time, 3 days per week (Evening availability required) TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Remote Spanish Behavioral Health Therapist based in Boston, MA, for our client.

This part‐time virtual role involves conducting assessments, providing evidence‐based therapy, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team on treatment plans for adults with complex behavioral health needs. Ideal for Master's‐level clinicians or those pursuing licensure who are bilingual in Spanish and passionate about serving Medicaid populations in a mission‐driven environment. Responsibilities as the Remote Spanish Behavioral Health Therapist (Part Time): Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and risk analyses to guide individualized care.

Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual therapy using evidence‐based practices to support patients with high‐acuity mental health needs. Treatment Planning: Develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team. Crisis Intervention: Deliver crisis support, including de‐escalation, safety planning, and hospitalization coordination as needed.
