Job Description
The International Assignment Compensation Services Analyst II supports employees who are working outside their home country by ensuring their compensation and allowances are calculated, reported, and paid accurately. This role focuses heavily on numbers, data validation, and deadlines, and works closely with payroll, finance, and tax partners across the globe.
The Analyst II role operates with a higher level of independence than an Analyst I and includes reviewing others' work, supporting audits, and serving as a knowledgeable resource on team processes.
Our process includes a HireVue assessment for all applicants for this requisition. Our recruiting team reviews each submission, and selected candidates will have the chance to meet with a member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review compensation and payroll data from multiple countries
  • Prepare payroll instructions, balance sheets, and compensation reports
  • Calculate and track assignment-related allowances, deductions, and adjustments
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies before monthly and year-end deadlines
  • Audit your own work and review work completed by peers or junior team members to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams, global payroll contacts, and tax providers primarily via email
  • Track multiple country-specific deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Maintain and update compensation tracking tools and reports
  • Interpret client compensation policies and apply them correctly
  • Serve as a resource or mentor to team members
  • Support special projects, audits, and process improvements as needed

This role is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Human Resources, International Business, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a global mobility, accounting, finance, payroll, compensation, tax, or another data-focused analytical role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or similar is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to self-audit work to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities as workload changes
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving with comfort working in large numerical data sets
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus; proficiency communicating in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desired
