We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to contribute to the financial health of multiple enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file local, state and federal tax declarations for various enterprises.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Generate financial reports, including but not limited to, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and support strategic business decisions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
  • Provide financial advice and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
