Job description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - Healthcare (Remote)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $60,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist with healthcare recruiting experience to support the front end of the hiring process. This role is focused exclusively on sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate identification, with a strong emphasis on nursing and clinical talent.
This is not a full-cycle recruiting role. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates and building talent pipelines prior to recruiter involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and build pipelines for healthcare roles, including nursing and clinical positions
  • Conduct advanced Boolean searches to identify qualified candidates
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases for sourcing
  • Proactively engage passive candidates within healthcare and nursing markets
  • Apply creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, including niche platforms, networking groups, referrals, events, and alternative talent channels
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Perform initial candidate outreach and high-level qualification screening
  • Track all sourcing activity within ATS/CRM systems
  • Stay current on healthcare talent trends and sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of healthcare recruiting or sourcing experience required
  • Experience sourcing for nursing or clinical roles strongly preferred
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
  • Experience using creative sourcing methods outside of LinkedIn preferred
  • Experience working within an ATS or CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

  • Experience supporting high-volume or healthcare recruiting teams
