StrongMynd Plus Support, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. You will spend 30-40 hours each week engaging with individuals and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all clinical records are up-to-date and reflect each client's treatment progress.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools recommended by our clinical team to ascertain client needs and formulate effective intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to design and execute positive behavior support strategies that enhance client outcomes.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the integrity and quality of our therapeutic services.
  • Serve as a liaison with service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to advocate for clients and access additional resources.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels that fulfill contract obligations and further the organization’s mission in the community.
  • Engage in community-building initiatives by connecting with local agencies, forming partnerships and leveraging funding opportunities.
  • Seek out opportunities for professional development through conferences, presentations, and engaging with task forces relevant to your field of expertise.
  • Promote and embody the core values and philosophy of StrongMynd Plus Support, Inc. in all professional interactions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Current and valid LMHC licensure issued by the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
