Compensation: Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do
  • Educate homeowners about the importance of ongoing solar maintenance
  • Present Save Our Solar Club membership options
  • Build trust through a consultative sales process
  • Follow up with homeowners and referrals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Attend weekly sales training and Friday Sales Huddles
  • Continuously improve through coaching and KPI accountability
