This role is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to offer your expertise from your home office. Working with a supportive team of mental health professionals in Penfield, New York, you will leverage modern technology to conduct secure video consultations and electronic documentation. • Conduct virtual initial assessments using specialized teletherapy software tailored to evaluate clients’ mental health needs effectively.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video platforms, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques adapted for online environments.
• Engage in regular meetings with fellow clinicians via conference calls or web chats to track patient progress and strategize on effective treatment plans.
• Participate in continuous education opportunities that focus on the latest best practices and ethical standards within digital counseling services.
• Proactively contribute ideas to enhance program effectiveness while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing telemedicine.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in independent practice is essential, demonstrating your capability to manage client cases without supervision.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine compassion for helping others are fundamental to success in this role.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and a comfort level with teletherapy technologies.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is highly desirable.
