As a remote-based employee, you will work in a supportive and collaborative outpatient counseling environment. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Your primary focus will be on providing individual counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, and more. Your role will include developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they feel safe and respected during their journey towards healing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, emphasizing client-focused practices.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance use disorder treatment, family dynamics, or couples therapy.
• Strong familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and patient management software to streamline workflows.
