Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of clients using our secure, specialized teletherapy software, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video platforms, employing evidence-based practices and adapting techniques to suit the digital environment.
• Participate in regular meetings via conferencing tools to discuss client progress, share insights with colleagues, and collaboratively plan appropriate next steps.
• Engage in ongoing education and training opportunities to refine your skills and stay updated on best practices related to digital counseling services.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance program efficacy while ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in guiding these clients through their healing journeys by providing compassionate support and tailored therapeutic interventions, ultimately contributing to their personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence and expertise in your therapeutic approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a compassionate disposition.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for video conferencing and electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a varied client demographic, adapting your therapeutic approach as needed.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

Your dedication to improving clients' lives comes with competitive compensation, with a salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As a full-time mental health counselor, you will enjoy the following benefits:
