Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses using specialized telehealth software tailored for comprehensive video interactions.
• Deliver personalized one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques adjusted for a virtual setting. Focus on establishing strong therapeutic alliances with clients through empathetic engagement and active listening.
• Participate in regular team meetings via conference calls or web chat platforms to discuss patient progress, develop treatment plans, and streamline care coordination.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars geared toward enhancing digital counseling practices and staying informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an independent practitioner, showing capability in managing individual therapy without direct supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

Psych Bloom Recovery Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors will receive comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
