Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments using specialized teletherapy software to evaluate each client's unique mental health needs.
• Lead one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video platforms, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the client's situation.
• Maintain meticulous electronic records of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Regularly participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and strategize on future treatment approaches.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training and workshops focusing on best practices in telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is essential.
• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently and manage a diverse client caseload without direct supervision.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills alongside a genuine passion for helping others navigate their mental health challenges.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and electronic documentation systems is necessary to ensure seamless teletherapy delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Your skills and efforts will be compensated through a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience.
