• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to gauge their mental health needs, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure telehealth platforms, applying strategies that resonate with each client’s individual circumstances.
• Collaborate actively with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and guidance tailored to their treatment journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methods and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and client-centered therapy, adapting your approach to meet client preferences.
• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our approach centers on creating safe, supportive spaces for open discussions, fostering trust and rapport to better assist clients in their healing journey. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, leading to enhanced life satisfaction and overall well-being.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage session schedules and maintain thorough documentation.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote mental health services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or telehealth software.
• Specializations or certifications in particular therapy modalities that cater to specific populations or issues.
