• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health needs of each client, utilizing diagnostic tools when necessary.

• Facilitate online therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).
• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients’ experiences and challenges during therapy sessions.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively coordinate therapy sessions and manage documentation in a remote environment.

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and modalities.
• Prior work experience with diverse client populations and varying mental health conditions.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and therapy documentation software.

The salary for this full-time Mental Health Counselor position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
