• Develop and maintain a flexible schedule by determining the number of clients you see through our platform, allowing you to balance your caseload as desired.
• Build your client base with the support of our marketing team, who will assist you in obtaining referrals and growing your practice.
• Receive client matches tailored to your clinical preferences and areas of expertise, ensuring a strong fit for both you and your clients.
• Utilize advanced telehealth systems to provide immediate, personalized support to both clients and fellow clinicians, facilitating a smoother care process.
• Quickly verify client insurance benefits using our automated systems to enhance access to care, enabling you to focus on delivering quality therapy.

Your role as an LPC involves working with a diverse population, addressing a range of behavioral health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will engage with clients in a supportive and empathetic manner, working collaboratively to establish treatment goals and develop tailored care plans. Understanding the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each client will be vital in promoting positive therapeutic outcomes.

• A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A home office setup that ensures privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Must meet background check and regulatory requirements to ensure client safety.
• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnostics.
• Comfort with using technology in daily operations including telehealth platforms, video communication, and internal collaboration tools.
• A skillset focused on collaborating with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment decisions.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Previous success in remote therapy settings.
• A track record of building client relationships and successfully managing a caseload.
• Proficiency with specific telehealth software and applications that enhance service delivery.
