• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client challenges, strengths, and treatment goals, ensuring personalized care plans are created in collaboration with the client.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and address complex case dynamics.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By working closely with clients to build trusting relationships, you will be instrumental in promoting mental well-being and resilience within the community.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Must hold an active license from the State Board to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

While not mandatory, previous experience within community health settings or diverse populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, will further enhance your candidacy.
