As a remote position with a focus on community health, you will engage with clients primarily through virtual platforms. You will be provided with advanced electronic systems for documentation and client management, minimizing paperwork and maximizing client interaction.

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessment, screening, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a diverse client base.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate psychoeducation and therapeutic techniques suitable for children, adolescents, families, and multi-family groups.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and their support networks, which may include families, schools, and community organizations, to coordinate care and services.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, integrating principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into all interactions.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with agency policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with best practices and enhance your professional development.
• Engage in clinical supervision and contribute to quality assurance reviews of documentation as part of your personal growth and professional accountability.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to share insights and specialized knowledge that enriches treatment approaches.

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children and teenagers to adults facing various mental health challenges. Our services cover conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. This role is pivotal in changing lives and promoting healthier futures within the community through responsive and innovative mental health care.

• Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) validated by the appropriate state boards.
• Strong proficiency in electronic communication, documentation, and general computer skills, particularly with Windows-based applications.
• Ability to manage a sizable caseload while providing exceptional standards of care and attention to each client’s unique needs.
• Demonstrated passion for mental health and the drive to impact behavioral care positively.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and efficient documentation practices.
• Prior experience working within community health settings or with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in facilitating psychotherapy groups and engaging clients through various therapeutic modalities.
