The Business Development Representative position is responsible for identifying and developing leads. AvaHR is a growing brand with many influencers and media outlets mentioning our product. As these leads come in, you'll be responsible for converting them into qualified opportunities. Sometimes, you'll be working with cold contacts to engage and generate interest. The goal is to grow AvaHR's qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have experience working with B2B opportunities and a relentless desire for growth. We value intelligence, creativity, an upbeat demeanor, and critical thinking!

Business Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Organize and participate in work expos to showcase AvaHR's innovative concepts, network with potential leads, and gather industry insights.
  • Independently develop, negotiate, and qualify new leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to get input and drive alignment with key partners (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing) on the feedback and insights of new opportunities.
  • Clearly and succinctly summarize KPIs and insights to share and present with executive leadership.
  • Bring knowledge in hiring, recruiting, and team building to act as a subject matter expert and leader within AvaHR that brings innovative concepts to our customers.
