About the Role
As part of the Intellectual Property business unit, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities with prospective clients. You will play a critical role in generating high-value leads and enabling Enterprise Account Managers to succeed through well-prepared meetings and insights. This role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and delivering a positive prospect experience.
Responsibilities
  • Create target lists of key points of contact within your portfolio of prospect accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
  • Develop creative engagement campaigns that drive curiosity using email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Discover new business opportunities by understanding a prospect's interests, needs, and knowledge gaps through thoughtful conversations with senior decision makers
  • Respond to all marketing-generated leads in a professional and timely manner to identify opportunities
  • Deliver a consistent volume of meetings for Enterprise Account Managers, including detailed handover notes and briefings
  • Provide prospects with a high-quality experience and positive impression
  • Use Salesforce to record all activity and client interactions, ensuring data accuracy and quality

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in B2B internal sales (approximately 12 months), ideally within SaaS, software, data analytics, or subscription-based solutions
  • Ability to confidently engage prospects by phone, establish credibility, and build rapport
  • Collaborative team mindset with strong interpersonal skills and resilience
  • Ability to work towards and achieve weekly and monthly targets
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and use of AI in sales processes
  • Ability to use metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers
