Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify organizations that can benefit from their workplace recognition and culture insights program. This role focuses on researching companies, initiating outreach, and building relationships with executives while partnering closely with Account Executives.

What You’ll Do

  • Research target companies and develop strategic plans to qualify potential participants through outbound outreach and marketing campaigns

  • Research prospects and craft tailored value propositions based on company needs and priorities
  • Present the organization’s products and services in ways that align with each prospect’s business challenges
