Job description

InsideJob is a B2B sales development firm that works with manufacturers. We are hiring outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to reach shop owners and managers at manufacturing companies and set qualified meetings for our sales team.

This is high-volume outbound sales. You spend your day on the phone, in the inbox, and on LinkedIn, opening conversations and setting meetings. Sales is a numbers game, and this role rewards the people who put in the activity. The more you dial, the more you connect. The more you connect, the more you earn.

This is a 1099 commission-only contract role based in the Greenville, SC area. There is no base salary and no cap on your earnings. It is built for competitive, money-motivated people who want their income to reflect their effort.

Compensation

Commission-only, 1099, with uncapped earning potential. Estimated earnings run $45,000 to $90,000 per year. Reps who consistently hit target land in the middle of that range, and top producers earn well beyond it. Your income is a direct function of your activity and the meetings you produce, paid every two weeks. There is no ceiling, so what you make comes down to how hard you work the phones.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to shop owners, managers, and decision-makers at manufacturing companies
  • Work from assigned lead lists, with light research or a quick front-desk call when needed to reach the right person
  • Prospect, qualify, and book qualified sales meetings (QBOs) for our sales team
  • Open new conversations through cold calling and persistent, professional follow-up
  • Use our HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline and track your activity (a seat is provided)
  • Learn how InsideJob helps manufacturers grow so you can open strong conversations
  • Hit and beat a monthly meeting target, week after week

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator who can own the phone and lead conversations with decision-makers
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and money-driven
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis
  • Sales, telemarketing, call center, or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Coachable, resilient, and focused on improving your numbers

How It Works

  • We get you up to speed with onboarding on our product, process, HubSpot, and proven playbook
  • You have a dedicated point of contact for coaching and support as you ramp
  • From there it comes down to reps. Consistent daily activity is what produces results and income

Our Core Values

Our culture is shaped by values that define how we work, who we partner with, and how we serve our clients:

  • Integrity as Our Foundation: We do the right thing, even when it’s hard. Honesty and transparency guide every interaction.
  • Pursuit of Excellence: We strive to exceed expectations, grow constantly, and deliver results that make a difference.
  • Balanced Lives, Driven Professionals: We support life outside of work. When you’re balanced, you perform at your best.
  • Relentless Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: We take ownership. Each person ensures our clients are well-served and results are delivered.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: We share, support, and grow together, because success is built as a team.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: We welcome change and thrive through it. Challenges are just growth in disguise.

Ready to Apply?

If you are confident on the phone, motivated by money, and ready to outwork the field, apply today. If you are a fit, we will set up a brief intro call and walk you through how it all works.
