Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced (6+ years) frontend software engineer specializing in Angular and observables to join our web development team.
Our product is a collaborative, real-time planning tool written in Typescript utilizing Angular and WebGL with a Firebase back end. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have experience implementing complex user interfaces involving asynchronous events and streaming data. Full stack experience is a plus. Our front-end team handles many of the concerns and business logic normally associated with server-side software. Familiarity with material design is a plus. We use modified Agile tools and techniques and deliver code frequently.
This is a remote position however qualified candidates from the greater Boston area are encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Contribute significantly to the development of cloud-based web applications with a high degree of scalability, reliability, and availability.
  • Collaborate extensively with product management, research & engineering teams to deliver complex large-scale projects
  • Show initiative and enthusiasm in tackling challenging problems with innovative designs
Qualifications:
  • Angular

  • RxJS / observables
  • Demonstrated success at building a complex, data-driven web application involving data manipulation across multiple users simultaneously
Additional relevant experience includes:
