We are currently offering all Senior Developer hires the option to work a 4x10 schedule (4 days per week, 10 hours per day). 
 
As a Senior Software Developer at Grant Street Group, you could have the opportunity to expand the functionality of our existing products, customize systems to meet clients' unique needs, and create entirely new products from the ground up. The majority of your time will likely be spent focused on back end development, but there may be opportunities to pitch in on the front end as well. You'll have the option to move across the organization, try out various projects and tasks, and continuously evolve your professional skill set. 
We are looking for talented people who:
  • Have 5+ years of experience in full time software development roles.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to write great code in any commonly used programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, C#, or Ruby. (If you've mastered one language, we know you'll be able to learn our tech stack quickly.)
  • Can demonstrate the ability to design and improve relational data models in any commonly used database, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Are excellent collaborators.
