• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to develop and implement coordinated, client-centered treatment plans.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as required to mitigate immediate concerns for clients.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that encourage peer-to-peer interaction and communal healing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health records for streamlined record-keeping.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
