Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC)

Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring licensed mental health therapists in North Carolina to provide virtual therapy services. This role is open to LMFTs, LCSWs, and LCMHCs who enjoy helping clients manage mental health concerns, relationship challenges, stress, and life changes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy sessions through telehealth
  • Complete client assessments and treatment plans
  • Help clients work toward their treatment goals
  • Monitor progress and adjust care when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
  • Follow confidentiality, ethical, and professional standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Active North Carolina LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC license
  • Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
