The work setting for this position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our licensed professionals have the ability to connect with and support clients from the comfort of their own homes. • Deliver direct clinical services to clients presenting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and develop integrated care plans accordingly.
• Actively monitor and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring individualized treatment that addresses presenting problems and aligns with client goals.
• Facilitate crisis interventions as needed, providing clients with immediate support and resources to stabilize their situations.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case reviews and committee meetings to enhance service delivery within the agency.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and maintaining professional conduct as outlined by licensing boards and Unity Point Wellness & Counseling's policies.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health care.

This position is focused on serving a diverse group of individuals, including those from various cultural backgrounds and with unique challenges. Clients may face socioeconomic barriers, mental health disorders, and other factors affecting their overall health and well-being. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying these challenges and working alongside clients to empower them towards recovery and wellness.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of post-qualifying clinical experience in a mental health or social services setting.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to connect with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in community health settings or with under-served populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and approaches to healthcare.
• Knowledge of local community resources and social services available to clients.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000.
