• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each individual or family.
• Engage in individual and family counseling sessions, focusing on areas such as coping strategies, trauma recovery, and resilience building.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to navigate community resources and connect them with additional support services as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to clients in immediate need.
• Work in partnership with community agencies to coordinate service delivery and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Participate in outreach activities to promote the agency's services and educate the community about available resources.
• Attend team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and share insights to enhance service delivery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong knowledge base in trauma-informed care and social justice issues is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience working within a social service agency or clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and vulnerability-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and community resource networks.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
