This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and work hours. You will engage in teletherapy sessions with clients, leveraging advanced technological resources and support systems to create an effective virtual environment for therapy. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients with diverse mental health needs, utilizing established best practices to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), skillfully adapting techniques based on individual client requirements.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and organization policies to ensure confidentiality and accuracy in clinical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment strategies.
• Engage in regular case meetings and peer reviews to enhance clinical decision-making and share insights on therapeutic methodologies.
• Educate and empower clients and their families about common mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay current with the latest research and clinical practices in mental health, integrating this knowledge effectively into therapeutic frameworks.
• Manage a caseload of clients efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to established treatment goals while maintaining an ethical and professional standard as outlined by the National Association of Social Workers.

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents within a school setting, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, social difficulties, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise will significantly contribute to creating a safer and more supportive environment for students, thus improving their academic and social outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-based therapeutic interventions and effective communication techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate various client challenges.
• The ability to effectively collaborate within a team to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Experience working in school systems or with child and adolescent populations is highly desirable.
