As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the therapeutic journey of your clients. Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each student's unique mental health needs.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), specifically chosen based on the individual preferences and challenges of the students.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA standards and ensuring timely updates reflect patient progress.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and educational professionals, to ensure an integrated approach to each child's care.
• Leading case consultations and participating in weekly peer review meetings aimed at continually enhancing the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.
• Providing education and resources to students and their families regarding mental health and available support services.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and incorporating new research findings into practice.
• Managing a caseload of clients, monitoring their progress, and adjusting treatment plans to ensure maximum benefit and compliance with ethical codes.

Your primary focus will be on students of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns within the school system. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and other emotional challenges, helping students navigate their mental health needs effectively. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• At least three years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, particularly with a focus on school-aged children and adolescents.
• Proven knowledge and competency in using solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, families, and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to address complex situations effectively.

• Experience working in a school-based setting or with children and families.
