As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Crestwood Behavioral Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and rendering accurate diagnoses through evidence-based practices.
• Creating individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Delivering regular psychotherapy sessions to patients, maintaining an established caseload to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing your skills and experience to help patients navigate acute emotional distress.
• Adhering to organizational policies and procedures, including compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations, to ensure the highest standards of practice.

Your primary focus will be working with patients in a detox setting, addressing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
