Job description

Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our team in Newport News, Virginia. This full-time, remote position offers the chance to contribute to mental health care in an innovative and accessible way, directly impacting the lives of individuals in need of support.

About the Organization

As a globally recognized leader in teletherapy, Gotham Enterprises Ltd is committed to transforming mental health services to meet the increasing demand for accessible care. Our detox center plays a critical role in providing essential support to individuals battling substance use disorders, focusing on holistic recovery that includes emotional and psychological well-being.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle while making a significant difference in the community. With minimal paperwork and a supportive digital infrastructure, you can focus on what you do best—providing high-quality counseling. Our teletherapy platform is equipped with advanced tools to streamline your practice, allowing you to efficiently manage your caseload from the comfort of your own dedicated workspace.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in crisis.
  • Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring an approach that respects their unique circumstances and goals.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, offering ongoing support and resources as they navigate their recovery journeys.
  • Utilize our platform’s minimal paperwork workflow, which allows more time to engage with clients than to complete administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Manage your own caseload efficiently, promoting self-empowerment among clients through targeted interventions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at our detox center will primarily target individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns associated with substance use challenges. These clients are typically screened and assessed for stability before therapy engagement, allowing for focused and effective treatment that fosters resilience and recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practices and professional standards of care.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on fostering trust and rapport within virtual sessions.
  • Must have access to a secure, private space conducive to conducting counseling sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience managing a therapy caseload, ideally in a remote or teletherapy setting.
  • Experience in addiction counseling or supporting clients through recovery processes is a significant advantage.
  • Dual or multi-state certification is a plus, enabling broader service availability.
Compensation and Benefits

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and full-time commitment. We offer a substantial sign-on bonus for clinicians who see their first client within two weeks of onboarding. Additional benefits include:

  • Access to a comprehensive library of therapeutic tools to enhance client interactions and outcomes.
  • Participation in a patient self-pay system eliminating the need for time-consuming reporting to funding sources.
  • Minimal administrative tasks, allowing you to prioritize direct client care.
  • Free counseling services on the platform, enhancing your well-being as a provider.
  • Engagement in referral programs to enhance client outreach.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we value the growth and development of our team members. You will have access to professional training and mentorship, allowing you to expand your clinical skills and grow within our organization. As teletherapy becomes an increasingly vital component of mental health care, your role offers paths for advancement both within the detox center and across the broader corporate framework.

Why Join Our Team

Joining Gotham Enterprises Ltd not only means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization focused on innovation in mental health care but also provides the chance to make a substantial impact on the lives of clients striving for recovery. With flexible schedules, a supportive remote work culture, and a commitment to professional growth, you can thrive in your career while making a true difference.
