As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in crisis.
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring an approach that respects their unique circumstances and goals.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, offering ongoing support and resources as they navigate their recovery journeys.
• Utilize our platform’s minimal paperwork workflow, which allows more time to engage with clients than to complete administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, promoting self-empowerment among clients through targeted interventions.

Your work at our detox center will primarily target individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns associated with substance use challenges. These clients are typically screened and assessed for stability before therapy engagement, allowing for focused and effective treatment that fosters resilience and recovery.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices and professional standards of care.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on fostering trust and rapport within virtual sessions.
• Must have access to a secure, private space conducive to conducting counseling sessions.

• Previous experience managing a therapy caseload, ideally in a remote or teletherapy setting.
• Experience in addiction counseling or supporting clients through recovery processes is a significant advantage.
• Dual or multi-state certification is a plus, enabling broader service availability.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and full-time commitment. We offer a substantial sign-on bonus for clinicians who see their first client within two weeks of onboarding. Additional benefits include:
