Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Virginia Remote / Telehealth Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
The Job
We're hiring an LCSW to provide therapy to clients throughout Virginia from a remote setting. You'll have a regular schedule of virtual appointments and responsibility for managing your assigned caseload.
The work is primarily focused on direct therapy. You'll meet with clients, determine the appropriate clinical approach, follow their progress, and handle the records and communication that come with ongoing treatment.
Your Responsibilities
Manage scheduled individual therapy appointments
  • Work with clients on mental health, behavioral, relationship, and day-to-day concerns
  • Use clinical social work knowledge to determine appropriate treatment approaches
  • Establish treatment priorities and revisit them as needed
  • Complete required assessments, progress notes, and clinical records
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments, treatment goals, and follow-up

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active LCSW license in Virginia
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms
