As an LCSW, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that enhance patient care, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify emotional, social, and financial needs of patients.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary medical teams to develop integrated care plans that address both physical and psychological health.
