Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Crestwood Behavioral Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting mental health evaluations and rendering accurate diagnoses based on your assessments.
  • Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective interventions and progress tracking.
  • Providing regular psychotherapy sessions to an established caseload, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues.
  • Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, promoting holistic treatment approaches.
  • Responding to crisis situations appropriately, employing therapeutic techniques and interventions as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to all 360care policies and compliance guidelines, as well as HIPAA and CMS regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on various client populations, particularly within educational settings. You will engage with students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and other mental health conditions. Your knowledge of geriatric psychological needs, including dementia and adjustment issues, will be crucial as you also interact with families, providing them support and guidance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is mandatory to practice.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and assessment purposes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
