Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, using diagnostic tools to inform accurate treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic modalities to suit each client’s specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, maintaining regular communication to track progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Offer teletherapy to accommodate clients’ preferences and circumstances, ensuring that individuals who face accessibility challenges receive necessary support effectively.
• Maintain high ethical and regulatory standards by documenting interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state mandates.
• Engage in continuous learning through professional development workshops and training programs, ensuring your clinical skills and knowledge remain up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population in Arizona, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will provide a safe therapeutic space tailored to each client, promoting personal growth and fostering resilience. Your approach will be client-centered, evidence-based, and sensitive to the unique experiences of each individual.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are needed to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• You should exhibit empathy, compassion, and respect for clients’ experiences and challenges, creating a welcoming environment that encourages open dialogue.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage caseload and associated documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth services is beneficial and will enhance your ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Previous work in diverse clinical settings handling various mental health disorders is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices will be advantageous for treatment planning.
