Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches, focused on fostering personal growth.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly assess their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy sessions as needed, effectively engaging clients through virtual platforms and ensuring accessibility for those who experience transportation barriers.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, reflecting our commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the mental health field, enhancing clinical skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude that respects clients' unique experiences and emotional processes.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in individual therapy and a variety of evidence-based practices, particularly in a private practice or community health setting.
• A proven ability to understand and address the complexities of mental health issues across different cultural backgrounds.
• Prior experience utilizing teletherapy platforms as a modality for client engagement and support.
