This position is 100% remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle while ensuring that meaningful therapy sessions are accessible to clients. As a telehealth provider, you will leverage state-of-the-art tools, including an advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system enhanced by artificial intelligence. This system prompts regular check-ins and follow-ups with your clients, streamlining communication and treatment progress monitoring.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video conferencing, catered to adults managing a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring coordinated care tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessment tools and functional improvement metrics to regularly evaluate client progress and make data-driven adjustments to therapy approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which facilitates streamlined workflows and efficient record-keeping.

Your work will primarily focus on an adult clientele facing a broad spectrum of emotional disorders. • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution is required.
• An active and independent LCSW license in the state of California is essential. Additional state licenses are a significant advantage.

• At least two years of recent experience in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adults experiencing mental health challenges.

• The role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting the caseload and experience.
